Fried eggplants

This is rather more like a quick snack than an actual meal. With in 15 minutes you can prepare you and your family a nice and healthy snack for those long sunday afternoons.

Have these while watching a great movie and just simply enjoy the food and the companion.



Instructions

Thouroughly rinse the eggplants and cut them up into 1/4 inch thick slices. Cover them in plenty of flour and place into a previously heated up frying pan. Once they're done remove and place on top of paper towels or napkins to let these absorb all the excess oil we have on each of these. Now place them in a bowl, sprinkle the chopped parsley on top, chopped garlic cloafs, salt and pepper. Now depending on the likings of you and your family you can either pour some lemon juice on top or place it on the table for self serving. Lemon juice gives it a nice touch to it but not too many people are fans of it.

This is a rather simple, extremely fast and delicious onion soup recipe. Here in this recipe I just mention the basic ingredients you need to get this soup together but it's such a fantastic soup that experimenting with a few more ingredients can only make it better.

Instructions

First we need to get our chicken broth in pan and bring it to boil. While the broth is been heated up place the chopped onions in a frying pan and add the butter. In another frying pan begin to toast the loafs of bread. Once the broth has begun to boil, the onions have properly fried and you've toasted all the loafs begin to prepare your serving bowls. The steps in which you add the contents into the bowl is probably the most important part of this recipe. So lets begin: Place the onions first Then add the extremely hot(be careful) chicken broth On top of this now put out a layer of the toasted bread loafs on top Top it all up with Parmesan cheese and place in a microwave, just for a few minutes, until you begin to see the cheese melt. That's about it.. a simple and delicous onion soup. If you want to add a bit more of flavor or personal touch to this recipe you can add some more ingredients in together with the chicken broth such as carrot, noodles or what ever occurs Experiment and have fun!!

Grilled Shrimp

Shrimp like other seafood tend to be know as an aphrodisiac pleasure which can contribute as an special factor to that special romantic dinner.

Here we have an healthy, delicious and aphrodisiac treat for you.



Instructions

Cut the head tip of the shrimps off and salt and pepper it to liking. Pour a bit of olive oil on top until a very thin layer is obtained on each shrimp. Also spread a thin layer of olive oil on the grill add salt and let it heat up. Add the shrimp and cook on both sides. Usually a nice brown/golden color is best. When ready serve on a plate and add a few drops of lemon on top.
