Description
Pizza!! It can be good and also healthy. Try this better, tastier and healthier version of pizza and have no regrets later.
Ingredients
- 2 t olive oil
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1⁄8 t dried crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 12 inch pizza dough
- 1 c non-fat grated mozzarella
- 1 cn drained diced tomatoes
- 2 T minced fresh dill
- 1⁄4 c freshly diced red onion
- 1 oz crumbled goat cheese
- 1 bn sliced basil leaves
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450° F.
Combine the olive oil, garlic and pepper flakes and set aside.
Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet or preheated pizza stone Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, leaving a 1-inch border. Cover with diced tomatoes, dill, red onion, goat cheese, and basil leaves. Drizzle top with garlic-olive oil.
Bake in oven until the cheese bubbles and crust is browned. Cut and serve immediately.
