Description
Plump raisins and crisp celery jazz up leftover turkey in this delicious salad. Nutmeg and cinnamon team up with diced apples for an apple pie taste.
Ingredients
- 3 c diced cooked turkey
- 2 c chopped celery
- 2 c chopped cored apples
- 1⁄4 c raisins
- 2 T mayonnaise and plain yogurt
- 1⁄4 t ground nutmeg, ground cinnamon and salt
- 1⁄8 ground black pepper
Instructions
Combine turkey, celery, apples and raisins in a large bowl; set aside.
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, yogurt, nutmeg and cinnamon.
Fold into turkey mixture; season with salt and pepper.
Keep refrigerated until serving time.
