Description
This delicious avocado salad goes well with the almost any kind of nice and juicy beef dishes.
Ingredients
- 3 mashed avocados
- 1 lime juiced
- 1 t salt, minced garlic
- 1⁄2 c diced onion
- 3 T chopped fresh cilantro (parsley can be an alternative)
- 2 diced tomatoes
- 1 pinch of pepper
Instructions
In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, lime juice, and salt.
Mix in onion, cilantro (or parsley for a less intense taste), tomatoes, and garlic.
Stir in cayenne pepper. Refrigerate 1 hour for best flavor, or serve immediately.
