Description

Love fish? Do you love a good BBQ but not all that fat and calories that go into them? Try this healthy fish barbecue.

Ingredients

  • 4 Nice fresh Halibut Steaks (alternatively other fresh flat fish)
  • 1 T freshly chopped rosemary leaves
  • 2 t fresh thyme leaves
  • fresh ground pepper

Instructions

Start your barbecue fire or if it's a rainy day light your grill.

Season your Halibut Steaks with some of the lemon zest and juice.

In a small bowl, combine rosemary, thyme, and pepper. Sprinkle evenly over halibut steaks.

Put on the BBQ or grill for 4 to 5 minutes per side, turning once, until fish flakes easily when prodded with a fork. Put them on a serving plate and serve hot.
