Description
This is a very easy and quick to make healthy soup. It's the ideal soup recipe for those fast-paced survivors and whom worry about mainting a healthy and balanced diet.
Ingredients
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 q Of milk (low fat if possible)
- 1 T Freshly chopped parsley
- 1⁄2 q Cream of milk (for extra flavoring)
- 1⁄2 lb Fresh celery
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Rinse and prepare the celery, chop them up and put in a bowl together with oil, salt and pepper.
Blend (liquify) them all together and put it in your usual soup pot or pan. Cover and cook during 8 - 10 minutes at medium temperature.
Add milk and stir until a nice creamy texture is obtainted. Let this boil for a couple of minutes and then later add the cream, parsley and make sure salt and pepper seasoning is on spot.
Let boil at low temperature for a few more minutes and server hot.
